James and I set up the studio to photograph my daughter and a yoga friend to document some amazing poise and flexibility. This image is of Lisa who is one of the owners of the Bikram yoga studio in Kits. She is such a wonderful spirit, kind and committed to a healthy body, soul and mind.

An image a day
Here is one of my favourite pictures. This is an image that has universal appeal, Madonna and babe, Mother and child. It is personal to the people in it but it also holds its own. In a beautiful baroque frame it would be lovely on the walls of any baby's room.
This baby's name is Liam. I knew his mother ever since she was born. His grandmother is a friend of mine from the 70's. We were hippies up in Lund. This picture is actually Liam with his auntie.

Betta
I loved photographing Betta in the Studio! She was so fun to work with and a really remarkable woman. Thanks again Betta, for being so beautiful.
Studio Shoot
A studio shoot is all about control. I love capturing candid moments and I'm really good at it! But. Having the opportunity to shoot in a studio is amazing. Look at the lovely light on the hair. The skin is creamy. There is time to consider the composition of the portrait. We made many fine images that day with Connie and Dirk. Here is one of them.

busy busy busy
I have been so busy with portraiture and wedding photography that I am only now beginning my blog. These are test posts!
